First time trying 10 Butchers and they did not disappoint! My friend and I dined in on a weekday, so we were seated quickly! All the meats we ordered tasted fresh and flavorful! I also enjoyed all the side dishes that were provided for us. I'd say for the price it was worth it for the quality and freshness. Everything was cooked perfectly and I would dine here again!

If you’re looking for premium Korean BBQ with exceptional quality beef, 10 Butchers Korean BBQ is definitely worth a visit. The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the meat. Every cut was beautifully marbled, incredibly fresh, and melted in the mouth. The premium beef, especially the wagyu selections and short ribs, was rich, juicy, and full of flavor. You can immediately tell they don’t compromise on quality. Even with just a touch of salt or a simple dipping sauce, the natural sweetness of the beef really shines. The banchan complemented the meal well without overpowering the star of the show. I also appreciated that the grilling setup allowed the meat to cook evenly, bringing out a beautiful caramelized crust while keeping the inside tender and juicy. The restaurant has a clean, modern atmosphere, and the staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and happy to recommend the best way to enjoy each cut. The only downside is the price. It’s definitely on the expensive side, so this is more of a place for special occasions than an everyday meal. that was delicious! the high quality meats are definitely the specialty here, they are cooked for you by the waiter and they do a really good job. the side are less of a focus here, with less of a variety than other places, but the ones they give you are fantastic. my favorite was a marinated japanese mint leaf that i have never had before. a nice touch is that they end the meal with a dollop of complimentary strawberry ice cream, which is perfect because i was so very full but still wanted something sweet to put a cap on the lovely meal. our waiter was friendly but not so chatty that he got in the way. the decor was beautiful and the volume of chatter and music was not too loud. overall it was a delightful meal! highly recommend.

Korean here. If you want to experience authentic Korean BBQ, you need to visit here. 10 Butchers provides better in any aspect, including the service and the atmosphere. The staffs were so kind, and the menu design was so Korean. The only difference is the Kimchi and the Naengmyeon, because they're slightly sweeter than the ones in Seoul, but still they have all the basics. Definitely approved and recommended by Korean born and raised in Seoul!

Beef is 10/10. Sides are great and authentic (some of them I’ve never had in any other Korean restaurants). Seafood pancake is so crispy and tasty. Hot stone pot is cool. Cocktail was great. Got a birthday dessert as well. Sound isolation is not perfect so it’s a bit loud for conversations. They cook and serve everything for you, with top quality food, so expect a big bill after tip.
